William Loren Manning, age 41, of Rock Fork Road, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
Born August 20, 1984, in Morehead, he is the son of Beverly Jane “Janie” Halsey Manning of Morehead and Eugene Scott Manning and his wife, Willa, of Flemingsburg.
Loren was currently farming and was a former lineman. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved four-wheeling, spending time enjoying the outdoors, and caring for his special hounds. Loren had a big heart and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his companion, Shauna L. B. Manning of Morehead; one daughter, Hayley Manning and her mother, Tiffany Taulbee Adkins of West Liberty; one brother, Bradley Scott Manning of Morehead; a special niece, Senora R. Manning of Morgan County; several aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wyck Smith and Faye Smith, and his maternal grandparents, Doc Halsey and Elizabeth Wells Halsey.
Family will receive friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in memory of Loren.
