Tony Christopher Holbrook

Tony Christopher Holbrook, age 43, of Morehead, Kentucky, and passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

He was born June 22, 1981, in Morehead, and is the son of Regina Summers Hopwood of Morehead.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Christopher Glover of Morehead; one brother, Douglas Hopwood, Jr. of Morehead; three sisters, Tina Darnell (Darren) of Flemingsburg, Barbara Holbrook (Justin Smith) of Olive Hill, and RayAnn Stevens (Scotty) of West Liberty; two grandchildren; a special aunt, Marcella Stevens of Morehead; step father, Douglas Hopwood of Georgetown; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tony was a former lineman for various companies and was known as a good shade tree mechanic. He loved to fish, draw, and work on cars. Tony will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2024, a Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bobby Tackett officiating.  Burial will follow at Igo Cemetery on Igo Cemetery Road.

Pallbearers:  Brandon Keeton, Sean Keeton, Landon Keeton, Joey Keeton, Darren Darnell, and Scotty Stevens.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made payable to Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals to assist with funeral expenses.
