Timothy Lee Conn, age 64, of Vincent Hollow, Soldier, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020, at his home surrounded by family.
Born October 4, 1955, in Grayson, Kentucky, he is the son of Thelma Leadingham Conn of Soldier and the late Charles Conn.
In addition to his mother, Timothy is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rebecca “Becky” Peters Conn; three daughters, Tammy McKinney (Jim) of Perrysville, Ohio, Christina Inscho (Kirt) of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and Tabby Alfrey (Bob) of Shelby, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Tiffany Nuhfer (Brock), Zachary Alfrey (Katie), J.D. McKinney (Brea), Haley Hess (Ryan), Mitchell McKinney (Casey), Dylan Alfrey, and Kolt Inscho; seven great grandchildren with an additional blessing on the way.
Other survivors include two brothers, Chester Craft (Mollie) of Lexington, Ohio, and Sherman Craft (Libby) of Mansfield, Ohio; three sisters, Sharry Armstrong of Lexington, Ohio, Terry Webb of Lexington, Ohio, and Ginger Conn (Shane) of Morehead, Kentucky; special friends, Tom and Peggy Cooper, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his father, Timothy was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Wayne Conn, and a brother-in-law, Kelvin Armstrong.
Timothy was a former truck driver and carpenter who enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, farming, and his horses. Most of all, he loved his family and giving special attention to each one, including a “nickname.” He was a wonderful husband, son, Dad, Papaw, and brother who will be greatly missed and remembered with love.
A private family celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
