Rosemary (Evans) Robinson

Rosemary Evans Robinson, age 82, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 8, 2023, in her home.

Born August 6, 1941, in Ashland, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Curtis Evans and Daisy McKenzie Evans.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald Evans, Joe Evans, and Billy C. Evans.

Rosemary is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Jim; two daughters, Lynn Robinson of Morehead and Kelley Robinson-Falgout (Ryan) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; one granddaughter, Katelyn Olivia Falgout, whom she adored; and her cat, Darby.

Others to cherish her memory include nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Rosemary graduated from Morehead High School in 1959 and spent most of her adult life in Morehead. She worked as a GTE telephone operator in the sixties and as a Ward Clerk at St. Claire Medical Center for a number of years.  Later, she started her own business, Country Crafts, where her specialty was ceramics.

She was devoted to her family and her friends were very special to her.  She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.

A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Roger Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow at Hazel Green Cemetery in Hazel Green, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
