Paul Henry Brown

Paul Henry Brown, age 69, of Winchester, Kentucky, formerly of Cranston Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester.

Born February 8, 1956, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Henry C. Brown and Rose Mae Arnett Brown of Morehead, Kentucky.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sandra Perkins and brother-in-law Lenvil Perkins.

Paul is survived by one brother, Donald Brown (Nancy) of Morehead; four nephews, Tony (Tina) Perkins of Ashland, Kentucky, Eric Perkins (Nikki) of Morehead, Kevin (Caitlin) Brown of Morehead, Matt (Amanda) Brown of Morehead; two nieces, Kathy Skaggs of Louisville, Kentucky, and Jessica (Travis) Reed of Owingsville, Kentucky; several great-nieces and great-nephews and special friends who thought of him as a bonus grandparent.

Paul retired from SealMaster after many years of dedicated work.  During his free time, he enjoyed reading, bowling, playing bingo, watching wrestling and football.  Paul enjoyed collecting baseball cards,  basketball cards, and comic books over the years.  In his younger years, Paul belonged to several legal bowling teams and spent many nights in the bowling alley teaching family and friends the skill of bowling.  He also was always up for a good challenging game of chess.  Paul always enjoyed spending time with family and friends, celebrating each of their goals throughout the years.  Paul will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. 

A funeral service will be held 5 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mark Caldwell officiating.  A private burial will be held on Friday morning when Paul is laid to rest next to his parents in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Nephews and great-nephews and nieces and great-nieces will serve as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers.

Visitation for Paul Henry Brown will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
