Ottis Fraley, Jr., age 81, of KY 556, Sandy Hook, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at his home.
Born October 27, 1938, in Sandy Hook, he was the son of the late Ottis Fraley, Sr., and Elba Carter Fraley. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty May and Maxine McKenzie, and one brother-in-law, Billy McKenzie.
Junior is survived by his wife of 57 years, Anna (Vaughan) Fraley; one daughter, Connie Black (Virgil) of Morehead; one granddaughter, Kayla Black; and his beloved Yorkie, Achue.
Also surviving are six siblings, Homer Fraley, Glen Fraley, Geraldine Miller and Melverine O’Neil, all of Sandy Hook, and Charlene Gibson and Christine Sparks of Ohio; his only surviving uncle, Glen Carter of Sandy Hook; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
Junior and Anna moved to Columbus, Ohio, in 1963, and later to New Jersey where Junior was employed in factories until they returned to Sandy Hook in 1981. He operated his own body shop and loved working on vehicles, painting and repairing them to perfection. He enjoyed yard work, keeping his vehicles spotless, and visiting with family and friends.
Junior loved the Lord, his ChristWay Church of God family, and the time he was able to worship with them. He will be greatly missed by all.

A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Bishop Greg Guy officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers: David Eldridge, Donald Vaughan, Mark Lewis, Ethan Brown, Scotty Brown, Hayden Eldridge, and Kayla Black.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
