Minnie Mae (Clifford) Caudill

Minnie Mae Clifford Caudill, age 82, of West Sun Street, Morehead, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at U.K – St. Claire Hospital in Morehead.

Born June 3, 1942, in Menifee County, Minnie was a daughter of the late Shelby Estil Clifford and Mary Lou Harmon Clifford.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy Caudill; one brother, James Taylor Clifford; and four stepsons, Bobby Lee Caudill, Jackie Caudill, Jimmie Caudill, and Billy Joe Caudill.

Minnie is survived by one daughter, Glenna Jean Waddell of Clearfield; one son, Shelby Jason Caudill of Lexington; two grandsons, Timothy Kaden Waddell and Jacob Lee Waddell; one step son, Junior Caudill of Olive Hill; and several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Also surviving are two sisters, Elsie Woodward of Texas, and Betty Jean Lewis of Frenchburg; one brother, Arnold Earl Clifford of Frenchburg; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.

Minnie was a homemaker and was a former employee of Life Care Center in Morehead. She was a member of Redeeming Grace Church and enjoyed singing, cooking, baking, and collecting knickknacks.  She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted 12 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Steven Stanley officiating.  Burial will follow in Hamilton-Thomas Cemetery. 

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, March 10, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
