Teddy Michael “Mike” Everman, age 64, of Pinnacle Way, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020, at his residence.
Born September 7, 1955, in Flint, Michigan, he was the son of the late Tedy R. Everman and Dorothy Pieratt Everman.
Mike is survived by his wife, Matilda Scott Everman, whom he wed April 2, 1999; one son, Jeremiah Everman of Morehead; two daughters, Che Everman Withrow (John) of Allegan, Michigan, and Raegan Everman of Ashland, Kentucky; two brothers, Charles Pat Everman of Grand Haven, Michigan, and Andrew Everman of Flushing, Michigan; and four grandchildren.
Mike graduated from Morehead State University with a master’s degree in education and retired from CSX Transportation in Raceland, Kentucky, where he was employed from 1979-2009. He was a former member of Hitchens Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and El Hasa Shrine. He enjoyed working on and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles and was also a crafty woodworker. Mike especially liked rock-n-roll music and spending time with family and friends. He attended Better Life Church.
At Mike’s request, no funeral or visitation will be held. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
