Michael "Mike" Anthony Lewis

Michael “Mike” Anthony Lewis, age 58, of Holly Fork Road, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at his residence.

Born December 21, 1966, in Morehead, he was a son of the late Carlos Lewis and Edith Logan Lewis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cassandra Lewis.

Mike is survived by his daughter, Natasha Ewalt of Lawrenceburg, and three special grandchildren whom he adored: Easton, Adeline, and Caroline Ewalt. He is also survived by two brothers, Darrell (Barbara) Lewis of Morehead and Bill Lewis of Lexington; three sisters, Anna (Lee) Green and Patricia Wilson, both of Floral City, Florida, and Donna Lewis of Morehead; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A self-employed mechanic, Mike enjoyed working on cars, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his kind heart, gentle spirit, and the love he shared with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed.

At his request, there will be no visitation, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
