Mary (Mills) Littleton

Mary Mills Littleton, age 81, of Seaford Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born September 7, 1944, in Oneida, Clay County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Kelly Mills and Edna Gilliam Mills. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Ronald G. Littleton, who passed on January 16, 2025, and seven siblings.

Mary is survived by five children, Ronnie L. Spencer, Kathy Hodge, Gary Neeley, Kim Anderson, and Tony Littleton; twelve grandchildren, Ashley, Alyssa, Branden, Haley, Robbie, Morgan, Mina, Jessica, Karla, Kala, Josh, and Landon; and four great grandchildren, Theresa, Carter, Aizhon, and Mayleigh.

Other survivors include five siblings, Mattie Smith of Ohio, Homer Mills, Veda Shepherd, and Gladys Wooten, all of Manchester, Kentucky, and Mike Mills of London, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.

Mary was a homemaker and was a member of Cincinnati Primitive Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, crafting, bowling, and especially spending time with family. Mary will be remembered always by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Jeremiah Bass officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery.

Family will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
