Madge Johnson Ingram, age 97, of Morehead, Kentucky, formerly of Louisville, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, at UK-St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
Born August 24, 1928, in Fairborn, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Reece Kelly Johnson and Audrey Roush Johnson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Jack Marvin Ingram; her son, Douglas Michael Ingram; and a sister, Irma Clendenning.
Madge is survived by her devoted daughter, Susan Hyatt (Gerald DeMoss) of Morehead; daughter-in-law, Diane Ingram; and grandchildren, Nicholas Todd (Carrie) Hyatt and Kellina (Fred) Keenan. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, Mason Todd Hyatt, Killian Jack Keenan, Evie Keenan, Hannah and Savannah Apgar; a special nephew, Jason Simon of Morehead, as well as other extended family and friends.
Madge was homemaker and enjoyed bird watching, flower gardening, and watching television. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
At Madge’s request, there will be no visitation or services conducted.
