Lesley Dawn Charles Kendall, age 37, was born April 5, 1984, in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Ohio Health Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Lesley is the daughter of Thelma Hampton Charles of Wurtland, Kentucky, and Steve Charles and Carol of Winchester, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Patrick Nolan Kendall of Mt. Sterling and Keydon Nathaniel Charles of Georgetown; one daughter, Halli Jade Kendall of Mt. Sterling; five brothers, Steve Charles of Winchester, Chesley Spears, Wesley Spears, and Joey Spears, all of Flemingsburg, and Liam Charles of Winchester; four sisters, Tonya Lemaster and husband James and Kimberly Martin, all of Morehead, Selina Mollohan and husband Brian of Clearfield, and Shelia Thornsberry of Sandy Hook; former husband and friend, Patrick Kendall; special nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends. Lesley was preceded in death by two brothers, Terry William Spears and Davey Wayne Spears.
Lesley was a free spirit who visualized her own dreams and traveled as she desired. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and fashion originality. Her memory will be cherished by family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jeff Fannin officiating. Burial will follow in Machpelah Cemetery in Mt. Sterling.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Shepherd, Jeffrey Kidd, Chris Martin, Kim Martin, Anthony Prater, and Patrick Kendall.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
