Jack Jerome Landreth, age 91, widower of Blandena Crawford Landreth, died on Thursday, September 3, 2020.
Born August 3, 1929, in Pontiac, Michigan, he was the son of the late Cecil Leonard Landreth and Virginia Beatrice Gullett Landreth of Morehead, Kentucky.
He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Beth Landreth-Etherton, and son-in-law, David Mark Etherton.
Jack was a member and former deacon of First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Morehead. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War, was co-owner of C. L. Landreth Plumbing, Heating and Welding and was a former member of the Morehead City Council.
Jack was a member of #248 Steamfitters and Pipefitters Union in Ashland, Kentucky. He was also a 66-year member of #654 Morehead Lodge Free and Accepted Masons and a former member of the Morehead Volunteer Fire Department.
Northcutt and Son Home for Funerals in Morehead, Kentucky, is handling arrangements. There will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
