Glenna Mae Conley Mason, age 88, of Morehead, passed away peacefully Monday, January 26, 2026, at UK–St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.
Born April 15, 1937, in Rush, Kentucky, Glenna was a daughter of the late Wilson “Jack” Conley and Hazel Carpenter Conley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Mason, on May 26, 2001; three sisters, Mary “Fatty” Ream, Rhonda Stiddom, and Nancy Conn; one brother, Ralph Conley; and her daughter-in-law, Angela Nance.
Glenna is survived by her son, Cosper Nance of Morehead; two sisters, Jackie Weaver of Wallingford and Darlene Johnson of Union Mills, Indiana; four grandchildren, Zachary Nance, Megan Loy (Clay), Kelsey Nance, and Holly Nance; five great-grandchildren, Cameron, Ava, Madilyn, Raven, and Scarlett, expected in February; and many nieces and nephews.
She was a loving and caring mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Glenna worked at McDonald’s in Morehead for 18 years and was a faithful member of Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God. She enjoyed crocheting, texting and talking on the phone, and relaxing with a cold Dr. Pepper. Glenna’s love and thoughtfulness will always be remembered and deeply missed.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Roy Lands officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Mekelburg, Shannon Weaver, Clay Loy, Zachary Nance, Gabe Perry, and Zac Chapman.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
