Edwin Taulbee Obituary

Edwin Taulbee, 80, of Morehead, passed away Thursday, December 9, 2021, at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.

Born June 30, 1941, in Campton, Kentucky, he was a son of the late Raymond and Cora Lee Campbell Taulbee.

He is survived by his wife, Georgetta Penick Taulbee; one son, James Gregory Combs of Clay City; one daughter, Lisa Blanton of Morehead; one granddaughter, Kayla Blanton of Mt. Sterling; two great grandchildren, Garylee Cundiff and Valiarian Montalbo; and one brother, Frank Taulbee of Winchester.

Mr. Taulbee was a U.S. Army veteran and retired as postmaster for the Farmers Post Office, Farmers, Kentucky. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida.

At his request, no services will be held.
