Diana Kay (Adkins) Brandt

Diana Kay Adkins Brandt, age 56, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed Thursday, October 17, 2024, at UK St. Claire Hospital in Morehead.

Born March 15, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois, she is the daughter of Danny and Linda Winkles Adkins of Flanagan, Illinois.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Peter Anthony Brandt; one son, Tony Strunk of Morehead; one daughter, Heather Roman (Brian Harrell) of Radford, Virginia; two sisters, Candace Adkins and Laura Adkins; one nephew, Justin Adkins, all of Flanagan, Illinois, as well as her precious cats Cowboy, Cowgirl, Hermione, Oil, and Vicky who brought her great joy and comfort.

Diana was a customer service specialist and enjoyed crafting, canning, cooking, and spending time with her family and her furry companions. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Diana was preceded in death by four precious cats, Fred, Sadie, Shadow, and Kiki.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2024, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.  A celebration of life will be held immediately following at 6 p.m. with Pastor Harry Helton officiating.
