DeAnna Marie Estep

DeAnna Marie Estep, age 36, of Morehead, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at UK-St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born on August 21, 1988, in Morehead, DeAnna was the beloved daughter of Burnest Allen Estep and the late Sharon Lynn Brown Estep. 
She is survived by three beautiful children, Wyatt Ostaff, Jeffery Riffle, and Daylynn Ostaff; her father, Burnest Allen Estep; her sister, Laken Estep; and her brother, Colin Estep, all of Morehead. She is also lovingly remembered by three special friends, Holly Eldridge, Rachel Banks, and Hannah Scott, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many cherished friends.
A devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, DeAnna's greatest joy in life was her three children, whom she loved deeply.
She was a former certified nursing assistant and peer support specialist. DeAnna will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and the love she shared so freely with those around her.  She enjoyed crafting, being outdoors, and mushroom hunting. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
DeAnna was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Lynn Brown Estep, on October 19, 2006; one son, Cobie Allen Moore, on July 10, 2008; her maternal grandmother, Joy Darlene Brown; and her paternal grandparents, Burnest and Vada Plank Estep.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, April 11, 2025, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351. A celebration of life will be held immediately following at 12 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Fannin officiating.
