Christy Dawn LeMaster

Christy Dawn LeMaster, age 42, of Olive Hill, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her residence.

She was born December 25, 1979, in Rowan County, the daughter of Tempie Jarvis Bailey Tussey of Olive Hill and the late Clinton Eugene LeMaster. She was also preceded in death by one son, Aaron Wyatt Vance; one sister, Darra Michelle Walker Vance, and her maternal grandfather, Charles Seagraves.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Jackson Cole Vance of Olive Hill; her maternal grandmother, Anna Lee Seagraves of Olive Hill; a special aunt, Debbie Boggs of Olive Hill; a special nephew who cared for her, Cody Brewster of Olive Hill; and a host of nieces and nephews, as well as many other family members and friends.

Christy had a “green thumb,” and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and the great outdoors. She loved her family dearly and spending time with them. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. 

Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Brother Rick Crank officiating.  Burial will follow in the Garvin Ridge Cemetery in Olive Hill.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
