Carol Ann (Parramore) Gray

Carol Ann Parramore Gray, age 84, of Gray Ridge, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead. 

Born December 14, 1936, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Alice Dieterle Parramore. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Parramore, and her devoted husband of 66 years, Roger Gray, whom she married December 17, 1954, and who passed away June 23, 2021.

She is survived by two sons, Michael T. Gray and James W. (Eulah) Gray, all of Morehead; one daughter, Teresa Ann Gray of Dayton, Ohio; six grandchildren, Jeana Gray, Pamela Gray, Shawn Gray, Andy Berry, Katie Lehmann, and Sarah Berry (Vong); four great grandchildren, Caroline Berry, Jack Lehmann, Kyler Berry, and Everleigh Berry; and extended family and friends.

In addition to being a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Carol was a former bookkeeper for The Citizens Bank of Morehead and the Peoples Bank of Sandy Hook. Carol was a member of the Apostolic Tabernacle of Jesus Christ in Elliottville. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Arnold Ison and Brother Clyde Mays, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers:  Katie Lehmann, Jack Lehmann, Andy Berry, Sarah Berry, Vong VanMany, and Mark Turvene. 

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 12 noon Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
