Calvin Roy Douglas Boggs, age 64 of Hwy 174, Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at his residence after an extended illness.
He was born November 15, 1961, in Carter County, Kentucky, a son of the late Calvin C. Boggs and Gracie Caudill Boggs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Keigh Boggs and Steven Boggs, and two sisters, Marsha Fitzgerald and Lenor Kidd.
Calvin is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Roselee Henderson Boggs, whom he married March 7, 1996; a special daughter, Tessa Rose Boggs of Olive Hill; two brothers, David Boggs of Lexington and Kevin Boggs Carter County; two sisters, Susan Boggs of Olive Hill and Mary Brown of Carter County; and several nieces and nephews.
He was a former employee of Summit Polymers in Mt. Sterling and when his health permitted, he attended Haldeman Church of God. Calvin enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with family. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel, with a memorial service immediately following at 6 p.m. with Pastor Ron Claytos officiating.
