He served at the Dry Creek Church of God, Oak Hill Church of God, Porter Creek Church of God and was a minister of Soldier Church of God Conference. He enjoyed teaching and preaching the word of God and caring for his church family and strangers alike. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he loved dearly.
