Brenda Kay McClanahan Doyle

Brenda Kay Henderson McClanahan Doyle, age 59, of Big Woods Road, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead. 

She was born September 29, 1963, in Breathitt County to the late Emerson Henderson and Eunice Prince Henderson Damron. In addition to her parents, she preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jeff Henderson and Phillip Rice.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Larry Doyle, whom she wed August 4, 2007; two daughters, Jennifer Carson and husband Jeremy and Danyelle McClanahan, all of Morehead, and one sister, Stephany Damron Kouns of Huntington, West Virginia.

Brenda graduated from East Carter High School and attended Morehead State University. She was currently an employee at Nestle in Mt. Sterling.  Brenda enjoyed spending time with her husband, her children, and her kitty cat. She will be greatly missed.

A gathering for family and friends will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
