Bradley Lee “Brad” Thompson, age 40, of Sunny View Way, Morehead, passed away Thursday, March 4, 2021, at his residence.
Born August 19, 1980, in Morehead, Brad is the son of Connie Jean Gibson Thompson of Morehead and the late Johnny Lowell Thompson, who preceded him in death on July 13, 2018. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jonathon Landon Thompson on December 8, 2014; and one sister, Dana Lyn Howard on November 9, 2007.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Cindy Ison of Morehead; eight nieces and nephews, Shayla Adkins, Khi Adkins, Haley Thompson, Tanner Easterling, Jordan Thompson, Jentry Thompson, Jelesa Thompson, and Josie Thompson, all of Morehead; and one great nephew, Corbin Kidd; several aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Brad enjoyed playing cards, shooting pool and spending time with family. His radiant smile and personality will be a cherished memory for all who knew him.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:30 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Joey Damron officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Alan Owens, Ricky Eastham, Clyde Royse, Billy Gibson, Khi Adkins, and Kenneth Terrell.
Visitation will be from 2 p. m. to 3 :30 p.m. Sunday, March 7, 2021, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
COVID-19 mandates will be observed including masks and social distancing.
