Bradley Scott Barker, age 37, of Chestnut Street in Vanceburg, passed away Monday, April 14, 2025, at his home.
Born October 22, 1987, in Morehead, he was the son of Jean Ann Jennings Barker of Morehead and the late Martin Dale Barker.
In addition to his mother, Bradley is survived by his fiancée, Brittany Lewis of Vanceburg; two brothers, Steven Barker and Tyler Carter, both of Morehead; one sister, Kiesha Powell of Louisiana; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Bradley worked in telecommunications and at a sawmill. He loved the outdoors—fishing, hunting, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. More than anything, he cherished time with Brittany and their Jack Russell, Jackie Mae, and cat, Merle.
He was preceded in death by his father; his maternal grandparents, Lonnie Jennings and Brenda Hogge Jennings; and his paternal grandparents, Reuben and Beulah May Stamper.
Bradley will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel. Followed by a graveside service at 1 p.m. at Brown Cemetery with Pastor Austin Collins officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
