Bobby Eldridge

Bobby Eldridge, of Sharkey, KY, beloved husband of Patty Ruth Vise Eldridge, passed away at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, KY, on Saturday, October 8, 2022.  Bobby is the father of two sons:  Brent Alan Eldridge of Lexington, KY, and Bradley Scott Eldridge of Versailles, KY.

Bobby was born on April 11, 1941, in Hillsboro, KY.  He is the son of Virgil Eldridge and Lena Faye Gregory Eldridge, both deceased.

Bobby is the oldest of seven children:  Shirlene Eldridge Phillips, Paul Eldridge, Joan Eldridge (Terry Barnes), Janet Eldridge, all of Lexington, KY, and Mona Eldridge Craigo (Jody Craigo) and Mark Eldridge (Mary Jo Eldridge), all of Greenville, SC.

Bobby was of the United Baptist faith and attended church regularly for many years. He was a member of Morehead Masonic Lodge 654. 

Bobby retired from Sealmaster in Morehead in 2005.  In earlier years, he was employed by Van Lear Homes in Tipp City, OH.  He possessed a genuine work ethic and had numerous jobs as a very young man.

Bobby was always a true gentleman, a man of integrity, and was respected by all who knew him. 

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Bro. Mike Vise and Pastor Rick Hackney officiating.  Burial will follow at the Eldridge Cemetery on Bull Fork Road.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Phillips, Darrin Eldridge, Kevin Phillips, Johnny Vise, Jr. (Jack), Anthony Vise, Timmy Vise.

Visitation for Bobby Eldridge will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
