Billy Oakley Obituary

Billy Eugene Oakley, age 54, of McBrayer Road, Clearfield, formerly of Olive Hill, passed away Friday, September 30, 2022, at his residence after a brief illness.

Born October 4, 1967, in Ft. Riley, Kansas, he is a son of Beverly Gilliam Oakley of Olive Hill and the late William Oakley.

In addition to his mother, Billy is survived by a son, Billy Eugene Oakley II and wife Shelby of Olive Hill; a daughter, Shelby Quesinberry and husband Will of Clearfield; four grandchildren, Gavin Fannin, Harrison Oakley, Junior Quesinberry, and Millie Quesinberry; and an expected granddaughter, Anslee Oakley.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
