Zachary Richard Maddox, age 14, of Hurst Road, Wallingford, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at U. K. Medical Center in Lexington from injuries sustained in an ATV accident. Born August 28, 2001, in Morehead, Zachary is the son of David Maddox of Farmers and Shawn Cox Craft and Buddy Dwayne Craft, his stepfather, of Wallingford. He is also survived by one brother, Peyton Bryce Craft of Wallingford; paternal grandmother, Elois Logan Maddox of Portsmouth, Ohio; maternal grandparents, Craig and Libby Middleton Cox of Wallingford; and other family members and friends. Zachary was a freshman at the Fleming County High School and a member of the Panther Bowling Team. He enjoyed playing video games, fishing, and spending time with his family. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Pea Ridge Community Church in Wallingford with the Rev. Harley Sexton, Jr. and the Rev. Justin Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Cox Family Cemetery in Wallingford. Pallbearers: Charles Foster, Brian Middleton, Paul Cox, Scotty Cox, Cody McVey, Randy Workman, Harold Riley, and Jared Hammonds. Visitation is after 5 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead and from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Pea Ridge Community Church in Wallingford.
