Xavier Wayne Lowe, son of Samuel Wayne and Daphne June Justice Lowe, Big Elm Ridge, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away at birth on Friday, July 11, 2008, at St. Joseph East in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Zachary Wayne Lowe, at home. Maternal grandparents are Sharon Crawford Justice of Morehead, Kentucky, and the late Jerry Justice; paternal grandparents, Kenneth Wayne and Shelley Lowe of Glasgow, Kentucky, Valerie Lee Dodd of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Debbie and Douglas Powell of Glasgow, Kentucky; and paternal great grandparents, Patty Lowe of Glasgow, Kentucky and Mattie Lee of Glasgow, Kentucky. A very special friend, Liz Pecco Justice, also survives. Funeral services will be conducted 4 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2008, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Todd Richardson and the Rev. Larry Lowe officiating. Burial will follow in Babyland at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
