William Robert (Rob) Sullivan, age 47, of Christy Creek Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 13, 2010, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born November 9, 1962, in Paris, Kentucky, and is the son of Betty Sue Morris Brown and husband Donald K. Brown of Lexington, Kentucky, and Earl B. Lyons, his special father, of Clay City, Kentucky. Rob is also survived by his wife, Rita Carol Sullivan; two daughters, Trisha Barrows and husband Joe of Paducah, Kentucky, and Crystal Sullivan of Brandenburg, Kentucky; one son, Nicholas Earl Sullivan of Brandenburg, Kentucky; one stepson, John -Scooter- Christy of Morehead, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Mason Barrows and Kerstyn Sullivan; and an expected grandchild. Other survivors include his maternal grandmother, Waetta Morris of Lexington, Kentucky; three brothers, Perry Sullivan and wife Teresa of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Shane Lyons and wife Jennifer of Georgetown, Kentucky, and Ryan Lyons of Lexington, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son, William Robert Sullivan, Jr., and maternal grandfather, William Morris. Rob was a self-employed landscaper who loved fishing and the great outdoors.
