Wesley Earl Caudill, age 60, of Maxey Flat Road in Hillsboro, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at UK St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky.

Born on July 30, 1964, in Morehead, Wes was the beloved son of the late Curt Earl and Lillian Simms Caudill. He was a lifelong resident of the area and a man with a true passion for classic cars. Wes especially loved restoring old muscle cars and was proud to own a 1964 ½ Ford Mustang — a treasured possession that reflected his deep appreciation for automotive history and craftsmanship.

Wes will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Jennifer Lynn Jourdan and her husband Jesse of Southgate, Michigan; and by his two nieces, Stephanie Richards and her husband Justin, and Danielle Pownall and her husband Matt. His love for family, cars, and the simple joys of life will be missed deeply by all who knew him.

A memorial service to honor Wes's life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those wishing to honor Wes consider supporting a local classic car restoration group or charity in his memory.
