Wendill Scott White, Jr., age 52, of Morehead, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at his residence.

Scott was born October 3, 1969, in Morehead, a son of Joyce Peters White of Morehead and the late Wendill Scott White, Sr., who passed away January 11, 2015.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, Wendill James Scott White and his wife Rhoda; two daughters, Elizabeth Faith Ann White and Shayla Grace White; one granddaughter, Caroline Jade White; one brother, Walter Clifton White, all of Morehead; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Scott was a loving father, a dutiful son, and a servant of his family.  He had an unashamed, firm foundation of faith in Jesus by which he lived.  He loved his children with the love of God that he knew, and he is now one with that perfect love.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Johnny Hatfield and Pastor Cecil Ison officiating.  Burial will follow at Fultz Cemetery, 100 Fultz Cemetery Road, Morehead.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
