Virginia Lee (Jenny Lee) Hall Hogge, age 94, of Collins Lane, Clearfield, Kentucky, passed into Eternal Life on Sunday, June 2, 2013, at the Windsor Care Center in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, and was joyfully reunited with Roy, her husband of 66 years. Born January 1, 1919, in Morehead, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Frank and Olive Gregory Hall. On June 29, 1936, Virginia wed Roy Wayne Hogge, who passed away April 25, 2003. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Kenneth Earl (Bubby) Jones on October 16, 2010; two brothers, Howard Hall and Bill Hall; and daughter-in-law, Louise T. Hogge. Mrs. Hogge is survived by five daughters, Barbara Jean Stricker and husband Bob of Billings, Montana, Shelia Kay Jones and Larry White of Morehead, Kentucky, Becky Flannery and husband Jerry, of Morehead, Kentucky, Pamela Sue Hogge of Clearfield, Kentucky, Debi Hamm and Carl Cederlund of Indianapolis, Indiana; four sons, Robert Wayne Hogge of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Ronald Lee Hogge of Lexington, Kentucky, Arnold Vernon Hogge and wife Pat of West Union, Ohio, Don Hogge and wife Janet of Morehead, Kentucky; 28 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Other survivors include three sisters, Janet Arnett of Billings, Montana, Kay Kautz and Beulah Kaiser, both of New Castle, Indiana; one brother, Kenneth Hall of Billings, Montana; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hogge was a loving mother and devoted homemaker, who especially enjoyed cooking for her grandchildren. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles, Wheel of Fortune, and gardening. Mrs. Hogge was a lifelong member of the Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Mark Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jeff Flannery, Mitch Jones, Jeremy Hamm, Eddie Johnson, Scott Flannery, Joshua Hamm, Kevin Hogge, and Tim Borsvold. Visitation is from noon until 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
