Virginia Jo Brown Conley, age 66, of Roxanne Street, Clearfield, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 4, 2011, at the Life Care Center of Morehead surrounded by family. She was born January 6, 1945, in Rowan County, Kentucky, and was the daughter of the late Fredro (Teddy) and Josephine Rose Black Brown. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hershell B. Conley, who passed away May 1, 1985. She is survived by four daughters, Melody Josephine Conley and LaWanna Denise Conley, both of Clearfield, Kentucky, Pamela Dawn Conley Brown (Ricky) of Morehead, Kentucky, and Tammy Sue Conley Evans (Gregory) of Salt Lick, Kentucky; six grandchildren, Virginia Rose Conley Fraley, Cassandra Hope McGuire Perkins, Natasha Nicole Conley Donahue, Mariah Dawn Conley Caudill, Tara Shae Conley, and Autumn Cheyenne Brown; and 13 great grandchildren. Also surviving are two brothers, Fred (Freddy) Daniel Brown (Marilyn) and Paul Clifton Brown (Carolyn) of Morehead, Kentucky; three sisters, Ella Mae Copher of Morehead, Kentucky, Barbara Jean Boggs (Eldon) of Ypsilanti, Michigan, and Jody Ray Alfrey Weaver (Jeff) of Fleming County, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews. Jenny Jo was a wonderful Christian woman and Prayer Warrior. She attended End Time Harvest Tabernacle where she had been a Sunday School teacher, sang in the choir, and served as church secretary. She was a devoted and loving mother who witnessed the importance of prayer as she and her four daughters joined hands and prayed every school morning. She was a cherished Mother and will be sadly missed by her family and all who knew her. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Tracy Fannin officiating. Burial will follow in the Clearfield Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Justin Dean Perkins, Justin Lucas Caudill, Ricky Brown, James Darrin Hackney, Mark Wayne Donahue, and Joshua Allen Fraley.
