Victorine "Vicky" Hall Riley, age 79, of McBrayer Road, Clearfield, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018, at her residence. Born May 14, 1938, in Farmers, she was the daughter of the late Orbie Newton Hall and Icey Foster Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Stanley Cecil, and one brother, David Hall. Vicky is survived by two sons, Gary Cecil and wife Carol of West Liberty, and Bruce Cecil and wife Leslie of Morehead; one daughter, Jennifer Cecil of Jeffersonville, Indiana; five grandchildren, Ethan Cecil, Alex Cecil, Austin Cecil, Derek Fannin, and Jessica Cecil; three great grandchildren, Kynlee, Ellie, and Easton Cecil, and expecting a great granddaughter in August, Rorie Cecil. Other survivors include one brother, Denzil Hall of Morehead; one sister, Delores Jones of Fairborn, Ohio; and other extended family and friends. She was a former employee of Maloney's Department Store and the Spinning Wheel Fabric Store and in her later years enjoyed cleaning houses for others. Vicky was a member of the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God for over 40 years and was currently serving as a board member. She was a member of the Morehead Homemakers and enjoyed sewing, cooking, watching sports on television, and attending church and church activities. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God with the Rev. Max Molihan, Rev. Cecil Ison, and Rev. Saundra Nathanson officiating. Burial will follow in New Alfrey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ethan Cecil, Alex Cecil, Austin Cecil, Derek Fannin, Jason Hall, and Danny Reynolds.
