Tracy Allen Howard, age 46, of Hwy. 711, West Liberty, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018, at the West Liberty Appalachian Regional Hospital. Born November 24, 1971, in Morehead, he is the son of Ruth Howard Easterling of Blairs Mill and the late Wendell Howard, Jr. In addition to his mother, Tracy is also survived by his wife, Tammy Perry Howard, whom he wed April 1, 1998; three children, Bradley, Abigail, and Sophia Howard, all at home; one brother, Troy Wayne Howard of Clearfield; two sisters, Teresa Jennings of Clearfield and Lesia Howard Roseberry of West Liberty; many nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends. Tracy was a former employee at Green Tree Forest Products where he was a certified forklift operator and instructor. He had been a certified electrician for Bluegrass Housing and Champion Home for more than 15 years and for the past four years, Tracy has been a stay-at-home Dad caring for Sophia. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, camping, and most of all spending time with family and friends. He was of the Church of God faith. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7, 2018, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Herbert D. Lewis and Brother Gary Madden officiating. Burial will follow at the Thornsberry Cemetery on KY 711. Pallbearers: Patrick Royse, Zachary "Z.J." White, Tyler Barnett, Jonathan Barnett, Dwight Barnett, and Jesse Jennings.
