Timothy Scott Williams, of Morehead, Kentucky, passed away on October 5, 2026, due to complications following a recent heart procedure.
Tim was a proud Air Force Veteran, a graduate of Fairborn Baker High School (Class of 1976), and the dedicated owner of Morehead Roofing and Siding. Above all, Tim was absolutely hilarious, and it was impossible to be around him without laughing. A skilled craftsman with a generous heart, he frequently volunteered his time and labor to handle home repairs for elderly and disabled neighbors, often entirely for free.
When he wasn’t helping others, Tim was an avid outdoorsman who found his greatest peace hunting and fishing. At home, he loved relaxing with his favorite classic Western movies or listening to the smooth vocal harmonies of 1940s doo-wop music.
He is survived by his loving daughters, Jamie Ross and Tabatha Riley; his cherished granddaughter, Stormie Riley; his sister, Trudy Wilson; and his brothers, Roger Williams Jr. and Donnie Williams. He also leaves behind numerous loving nieces and nephews, as well as a circle of great friends who will fondly carry on his legacy of laughter, selflessness, and adventure. Tim was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Roger Williams Sr. and Marilyn Kalmbach.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced by the family.
