Timothy S. "Timmy" Staton, age 33, of Morehead, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2022, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead.

Born May 12, 1988, in Morehead, he is the son of Phillip Staton of Morehead and Yvonne Simpson of Ohio.

Timmy was a self-employed laborer and enjoyed reading, playing pool, and hanging out with friends.

Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Brown Cemetery with Brother Herbert D. Lewis officiating.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals to assist with funeral expenses.
