Timmy Lewis, age 46, of Henderson Ridge, Olive Hill, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011, at St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead, Kentucky. He was born August 4, 1964, in Morgan County, Kentucky, and is the son of William Columbus Lewis and Clara Melinda Moore Lewis of Olive Hill, Kentucky. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Yevette Crystal Henderson Lewis, whom he married August 14, 1988; two sons, Timmy Matthew Lewis and Anthony William Lewis of Olive Hill, Kentucky; one daughter, Catrina Crystal Lewis of Olive Hill, Kentucky, and two grandchildren, Leon Matthew Lewis and Christopher William Lewis. Other survivors include four brothers, Larry William Lewis, Mickey Lewis, Terry Columbus Lewis, and Billy Richard Lewis, and one sister, Pauline Lewis, all of Olive Hill, Kentucky. Timmy was a self-employed logger. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with the Rev. Gayle Price officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis Family Cemetery in Carter County. Pallbearers: Mark Lewis, Richard Lewis, David Lewis, Michael Lewis, Nathan Carpenter, and Cody Henderson.
