Tig J. King Wood, age 65, of Days Mill Road, Hillsboro, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Born November 7, 1952, in South Pittsburg, Alabama, she was a daughter of late Jimmy King and Jane Whited Ousley. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Larry Wood, whom she married September 25, 1971; one son, Lawrence Joseph Wood II and wife Mandy of Milford, Ohio; two daughters, Beverly Ernest of Omaha, Nebraska, and Shelly Marie Wood of Lebanon, Ohio; two sisters, Sharron Eisen of Dayton, Ohio, and Donna Brown of El Paso, Texas; and five grandchildren. Tig was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. Funerals services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the Hutton Funeral Home with the Rev. Eric Boelscher officiating. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the Hutton Funeral Home.
