Thomas Dee -Tom- Parish, age 49, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born June 7, 1961, in Morehead, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Dee and Frankie Thompson Parish. Tom is survived by one sister, Elaine (Rick) Keller of Hillsboro, Kentucky; three brothers, Bob Thompson of Bellevue, Michigan, Art (Donna) Parish of Owingsville, Kentucky, and Ron Parish of Owingsville, Kentucky; several nieces; a nephew; other family and friends. Tom graduated from Rowan County Senior High School in 1979 and enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, hiking and camping. A memorial service will be conducted 7 p.m. Friday, February 4, 2011, at the Salt Lick Freewill Baptist Church with Pastor Andy Lands officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals in Morehead.
