Terri Lynn Lewis, age 53, of Morehead, passed away Monday, November 16, 2015, at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born May 5, 1962, in Montgomery County, Terri was a daughter of the late Arthur and Madge Moore Lewis. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Herman Edward Lewis, Jerry Dale Lewis, and Douglas Wayne Lewis, and one sister, Darlene Lewis Dewitt. Terri is survived by three brothers, James Chalmer Lewis of Winchester, John Paul Lewis of Elliott County, and Dennis Robert Lewis of Morehead; five sisters, Shirley Evelyn Shay and Shelia Ruth Lewis, both of Clearfield, and Judy Kay Cassara, Virginia May Moore, and Barbara Ann Kegley, all of Morehead; nieces and nephews; extended family; and friends. Graveside services and interment will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, November 22, 2015, at Ditney Cemetery with Rev. Charles Moore officiating. There is no visitation.
