Teresa Jean Tackett O'Connor, age 38, of Rodburn Hollow Road, Morehead, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. She was born October 15, 1974, in Rowan County, Kentucky, a daughter of Bobby E. Tackett and his wife, Diane Wells Tackett, of Morehead, Kentucky, and the late Ruth Jean Wilt Tackett. In addition to her father and stepmother, Teresa is survived by her husband, Daniel Edward O'Connor; two brothers, Michael Alan Tackett and wife Kemberly of Clearfield, Kentucky, and Bobby Eugene Tackett, Jr., and wife Amy of Hillsboro, Kentucky; mother-in-law, Kathy O'Connor of Morehead, Kentucky; two godchildren, Bailey Woodrow and Harley Woodrow; nieces and nephews; other family members; and friends. Teresa was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and crocheting. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Brother Bobby Eugene Tackett, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Michael Alan Tackett, Kim Woodrow, Bailey Woodrow, Ricky Burns, Jason Burns, Zack Arnett, Todd Arnett, and James Arnett.
