Tempie Eldridge, age 80, of East Main Street, Morehead, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead. Born July 11, 1938, in Carter County, she was the daughter of the late Dail and Jean Jones Eldridge. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jeanenne Gilliam and Willa Bea Danner, and one brother, Steve Eldridge. Tempie is survived by two sisters, June Eldridge and Jill Wright and her husband Roy, all of Morehead; several nieces and nephews; and extended family. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Dr. J. D. Reeder officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: John Eldridge, Josh Day, Reese Slone, David Gilliam, Paul Gilliam, Mike Tabor, and Kellen Tabor.
