Tammy Sue Parker, age 46, of Hamm Road, Wallingford, passed away February 16, 2015, at the Hospice of Hope in Maysville. She was born April 8, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Howard Don and Carol Faye Ward Seitz. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Seitz. Tammy is survived by her beloved son, D. J. Seitz, Jr., of Wallingford; her loving and devoted companion, Richard Lee Smith of Wallingford; one brother and one sister, Howard DeWayne Seitz of Powell County and Carol Johnson of Mt. Sterling; a half-brother and a half-sister, Howard Lewis Seitz of Florida and Jeannie Hames of Illinois; and aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends. Tammy was a former employee of Toyo Seat USA in Flemingsburg. She will be sadly missed. At her request, no services will be held.
