Sue Ann Curtis Brown, age 78, of Mynhier Road, Morehead, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2024, at her residence.

Born June 23, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Robert Curtis and Mary Lynn Reedy Curtis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Willis Brown, Jr. in 2006, and one son, Denver Willis Brown III in 2009.

Sue is survived by one daughter, Sheryl Brown of Morehead; three grandchildren, Jake Carter, Clay Carter, and Matthew Reynolds; and other extended family and friends.

She was a former substitute teacher for the Rowan County Board of Education and enjoyed watching Ohio State football, going to Cave Run Lake, and caring for her dogs.

At her request, no visitation or funeral services will be held.
