Stanley Hayden Baber, age 79, of Jackson Drive, Morehead, passed away Monday, January 19, 2015, at his residence. He was born December 9, 1935, in Winchester, a son of the late Charles and Rosella King Baber. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Louise Marie Erwin Baber, on December 20, 2012, and one granddaughter, Samantha Baber. Stanley is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Stanley Thomas and Anita Baber of Crestview, Florida, David Lewis and Teresa Baber of Wallingford, Kentucky, Joseph Allen and Marquetta Baber of Charleston, West Virginia; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Other survivors include two brothers, Paul Baber and Fred Baber, both of Winchester; several nieces, nephews; and other relatives, and friends. Mr. Baber retired from the U.S. Air Force and Sealmaster. He was a member of the Clearfield Tabernacle First Church of God. Private graveside services will be conducted at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens with Bro. John Bradley officiating. Full military honors by Morehead American Legion Post No. 126.
