Shirley Ann Stidom McKinney, age 77, of Morehead, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at her residence.

Born November 6, 1945, in Shelby, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Hiram and Pink Ramey Stidom.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen McKinney, and one sister, Darlene McKinney.

She is survived by two sons, James Darren McKinney and Bradford Wade McKinney; one daughter, Sharon Lynn Smith, all of Morehead; four grandchildren, Starla McKinney, Chelsey McKinney, Dylan Smith, and Danielle Smith; four great grandchildren, Skyler McKinney, Kaleb McKinney, Bentley McKinney, and Adeline Risner; and other extended family and friends.

In 2012, Shirley retired from St. Claire Regional Medical Center, where she worked as a nurse's aide.  She enjoyed quilting, sewing, and spending time with family.

Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Cecil Ison officiating.  Burial will follow in New Alfrey Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Catron, Steve Pettit, Steve McKinney, Timmy McKinney, Louie Whitt, and Jason Risner.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 noon Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funeral, 400 Fraley Drive, Morehead, KY 40351.
