Sherry Hinton Blevins, age 49, of Miller Cemetery Road, Flemingsburg, passed away Friday, June 10, 2016, at the Fleming County Hospital. Born November 13, 1966, in Flemingsburg, she is the daughter of Billy E. and Lynda Walker Hinton of Hillsboro. Besides her parents, Sherry is survived by her husband of 19 years, Donnie G. Blevins; stepdaughter, Sierra Nicole Blevins; special aunt, Peggy Vice; special great aunt, Anna Jewell Mullins; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, C. A. 'Chubby' and Ruth Muse Walker, and paternal grandparents, Rev. Ford and Henrietta Muse Hinton. Sherry graduated from Fleming County High School in 1985 and earned an Associate Degree in Business from Rowan Technical College. She was a Fleming-Mason RECC employee for twenty years. Sherry loved all kinds of animals, especially her kitty cats, gardening and reading. She was a member of the Sharkey Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at Hutton Funeral Home with the Rev. Harley Sexton Jr. and Rev. Billie Wagoner officiating. Burial will follow in Wedonia Cemetery. Pallbearers: Brian, Andy, and JR Blevins, Jason Caudill, Wayne Howard, and Josh Moore. Visitation is 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2016, at the Hutton Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
