Sheila Diane Johnson Phillips, age 60, of Cow Branch Road, West Liberty, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012, at her residence. Born May 13, 1952, in Rowan County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Quentin 'Babe' Johnson and Rose Hay Johnson. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Phillip Tyrone Johnson, and two sisters, Vanessa Johnson and LaDonna K. Payne. Sheila is survived by her husband, Donnie Phillips, whom she married February 22, 1991; one daughter, Kristie Loudermilk and husband Robin of West Liberty, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Audree, Garet, Colt, and Bubba Loudermilk; and one great grandchild, Cale Loudermilk. Sheila retired from the Morgan County Appalachian Regional Hospital and was a member of the Index Community Church. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mike Frisby officiating. Burial will follow in Clearfield Cemetery. Pallbearers: Daryl Phillips, Chris Edwards, Ollie Riggsby, Phillip Byrd, Colt Loudermilk, and Bubba Loudermilk.
