Sandra Patrick Needham, 60, of Conroe, Texas, died Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at home in Conroe. She was born February 11, 1947, in Greenville, West Virginia, and is the daughter of Ethel (Rogers) Patrick of Carlsbad, CA and the late Clyde Patrick. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Richard S. Needham of Conroe, TX, whom she married on March 28, 1970; a daughter Kim (Mark) Toms of Dekalb, IL; and a son Brandon (Karla) Needham of Spring, TX. Also surviving are grandchildren: Tara Kay, Ashley, Tyler, Rachelle, Cody, Jose Antonio, and Julianna; and great grandchildren: Elias and Adiana. Additional survivors include siblings: Brenda Patrick-Price of Carlsbad, CA; Larry Patrick of Lake Villa, IL; and James Patrick of Tinley Park, IL, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Patrick, and her brother, Terry Patrick. Services and entombment will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2007, at the Patrick Cemetery in Carter County with Brandon Needham officiating.
